Matt Lang se retrouve de nouveau cette année en nomination aux Canadian Country Music Awards. Après les catégories «Rising Star» (2020), «Musical Collaboration of the Year» (2023) et «Breakthrough Artist or Group of the Year» (2024), l’édition 2025 voit son album All Night Longer nommé dans la catégorie «Album of the Year».
Une reconnaissance partagée avec une bonne partie de son équipe :
- Joelle Proulx (sa relationniste de presse et à la gérance avec Vickye Morin au sein de l’Agence Ranch) «Industry Person of the Year» ;
- Danick Dupelle «Record Producer(s) of the Year» pour l’album All Night Longer ;
- Jim Cressman et Invictus Entertainement Group (son agent de spectacle au Canada hors Québec) «Booking Agency of the Year» et «Ron Sakamoto Talent Buyer of Promoter of the Year» ;
- Stephane Lamontagne et JF Galipeau «Creative Team or Designer of the Year» pour l’album All Night Longer ;
- Anthem Entertainment Group «Music Publishing Company of the Year».
Les lauréats seront annoncés le 13 septembre à l’occasion du gala qui se tiendra cette année à Kelowna et sera retransmis sur les ondes de CTV, ainsi que sur CTV.ca.
Matt Lang passe son été sur la route des festivals avant de reprendre la tournée de son spectacle en salle cet automne avec de nombreuses supplémentaires au calendrier.
