Matt Lang voit la chanson Never Met a Beer qu’il a interprétée en duo avec Tyler Joe Miller nommée aux Canadian Country Music Awards 2023 dans la catégorie «Musical Collaboration of the Year». C’est une nouvelle distinction pour l’étoile montante du new country après son billet d’argent de l’ADISQ pour les 25.000 billets vendus de son spectacle More et une certification or de Music Canada pour les 40.000 unités vendues de sa chanson Getcha reçus au mois de mai. Le gala des Canadian Country Music Awards se tiendra le 16 septembre au FirstOntario Center à Hamilton. En attendant, Matt Lang poursuit inlassablement sa tournée estivale des festivals au Québec, mais aussi en Ontario, en Alberta et en Colombie-Britannique, avant de reprendre ses spectacles en salle à l’automne.
